Host

The Host is the first and last impression of the dining experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests with warmth, managing reservations and seating flow, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. Hosts must balance gracious hospitality with sharp organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with an hourly compensation rate of $25.00 an hour plus tips.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations, guest waitlist, and table assignments using designated system Maintain awareness of guest preferences, VIPs, and seating strategy Escort guests to tables, providing menus and informing servers of arrival Monitor pacing of dining room and communicate with service staff to ensure smooth flow Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries and bookings Maintain a polished, welcoming presence at the host stand throughout service
