Housekeeping Associate - Eataly Downtown

The Housekeeping Associate provides constant maintenance and ensures good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities including all building, restaurant and retail facilities. Functionally reports to the Retail General Manager and Housekeeping Leads.Maintains general cleanliness throughout the store including mopping, sweeping and vacuumingWashes and properly stores all dishes, trays, glassware, utensils, cups and small equipment for the departmentChecks water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperatureStocks shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies: polishes glassware and silverwareRemoves trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the store and kitchens and brings to appropriate receptacle; cleans, sanitizes and replaces liners in receptaclesPerforms other duties as required or assigned
