Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant near Woodland Park, New Jersey. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an exciting environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks at once. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including managing calendars, coordinating communication, handling correspondence, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and appointments, and making necessary arrangements. Act as a liaison for the CEO, facilitating communications between the executive office and other departments within the organization. Handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing communications by answering, screening, and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries. Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. Maintain a strong level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Coordinate and manage special projects, including collaboration with other departments. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative duties to support the CEO.Requirements Proficiency in Calendar Management to schedule, organize and coordinate meetings and appointments effectively Excellent Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and relay information accurately and timely Ability to handle Correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and other business documents Capability to manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within deadlines Strong multitasking skills to balance various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
