What You-ll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, using proven techniques to help them build skills and confidence.
Be a valued member of our team, supporting clients with skill-building and working on individualized care plans.
Record data during sessions on electronic devices, keeping track of progress.
Create apositive, engaging learning environmentfor each child.
Build strong relationships with clients- families, working together to create the best outcomes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Important Details:
Services are provided in clients- homes or within the community.
All roles start part-time with flexible hours.
You-ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we'll help you with this!).
A 6-month commitment is required.
