Description We are looking for a meticulous eDS Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in the Professional Services industry based in Princeton, New Jersey. The role involves managing a large volume of claims, analyzing supporting documents, and overseeing quality control. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and involves working remotely.Responsibilities: Review and analyze a large volume of claims related to mass torts - asbestos litigation. Examine supporting documents for each claim, which may range from 500-1000 pages. Participate in the initial training and subsequent quality control processes. Collaborate with a team of professionals, including paralegals, J.D.s, and document review attorneys. Utilize skills in LexisNexis, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Antitrust, Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, Class Action, Confidentiality to execute tasks efficiently. Ensure consistent and accurate analysis of each claim, regardless of complexity. Work under the supervision of the Document Review Supervisor and Quality Supervisor. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient processing of claims. Handle the project equipment, including a laptop and dual monitor, responsibly and efficiently. Adhere to the project guidelines and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within the stipulated period. Requirements Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Proficiency in using legal research platforms such as LexisNexis Demonstrated experience in management systems and Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook Must possess strong knowledge and experience in Antitrust and Civil Litigation Experience in Claim Administration and Class Action litigation is required Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Proven track record of professional ethics and integrity.
