Description As a Medical Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via telephone, email, or other communication channels. Your primary duties include answering inquiries, scheduling medical orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations within the medical facility or organization. This role is on site and located in Princeton, NJ. Requirements
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist callers with medical orders.
Provide information about medical services, procedures, and facilities.
Document all interactions and transactions in the electronic medical records system.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on medical procedures, policies, and technology.
