Role & Responsibilities:
Create, update and maintain product detail pages and overall product listings of select SKUs
Ensure all product information, description, images, prices, specs are accurate and optimized
Work with data partners to analyze site and sale performance
Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates
Execute promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with marketing and business
Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to (Brand, Product, UX, Business teams, Creative leads, Agencies, & HQ+.
Effectively and creatively communicate ideas and visions as a story to others with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Consumer Experience journey mapping and thoughtful site placements of products and promotions through site.
Project manages all aspects of launch from conception, execution and post launch optimizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or 4+ years similar experience in site merchandising
Working experience in eCommerce programs and merchandising programs
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems
Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong ability to operate in a matrix environment
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Passion for building relationships and proactive communication
Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches
Must be organized and highly detail oriented
