You will work with employees at all levels of the organization to lead and deliver productivity targets, build operational consistency, and champion the deployment of operational excellence tools. You’ll be responsible for the execution and sustainability of change management in the field.What you'll do:
Responsible for the regional deployment of Operations Excellence programs, implementations and tools
Execute consistent deployment and communication of critical key process improvement projects/initiatives across business units, regions, districts and branches
Perform on-going assessment of change management effectiveness and determine whether efficiencies were achieved
Build operational consistency focused on customers
Become Lean/Process/Tools subject matter expert for the Region
Ensure a high level of accountably for productivity and operational excellence programs
Lead & deliver Region productivity targets
Examine and monitor optimization effectiveness and results; share best practices and communicate positive results
Identify branches that are unsustained and partner with team to resolve inconsistencies
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, economics or related field
5+ years in an operations leadership role and leading people and/or leading change
Experience in Lean, Process Excellence, Six-Sigma, Quality, 5S, or change management environment
P&L ownership/experience; must understand financial impact of operations and processes
Proven ability to lead change; track record of successfully applying change management techniques
Excellent collaboration, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation, project planning and management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
