These include health and dental care, life cover, short-term and long-term disability, along with the institution's 401k Plan.Role Summary - The selected candidate will be tasked with generating internal and external financial and regulatory reports while providing assistance to the Head of Financial Reporting with daily duties and special assignments.Responsibilities

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Contribute to annual budget forecasting for profit and loss and balance sheet predictions.

Generate and interpret ALM reports including liquidity assessment reports.

Develop capital stress test and liquidity stress tests.

Manage and reconcile the Bank's investment securities.

Carry out general ledger reconciliations.

Assist the Head of Financial Reporting with timely completion of particular projects.

Adhere strictly to the bank's regulations and protocols.

Stay abreast of banking and regulatory updates.

Enhance the efficiency and precision of financial reports by developing processes and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience of 5+ years within the banking sector

Exceptional organizing abilities

Effective verbal and written communication proficiency

Ability to perform efficiently under stress

Skilled in using Microsoft office and possesses adequate knowledge of the core banking systems
