- Receiving service calls, analyze issues and requirements, confirm service classification, service type, urgency and business priority, and provide workaround if it is available.
- Create User Guides and FAQ and provide User Training (upon the request) to enlighten the business users how to use business applications correctly.
- Collect business requirements from business stakeholders using appropriate elicitation techniques.
- Analyze business requirements, confirm its completeness and consistence, and identify cross-functional, regional, and organizational impact and interdependencies.
- Liaise between technical teams and the business users
- Identify requirement development processes, create and manage the plan (tasks, stakeholders, schedules)
- Define and maintain business requirements (including use cases) and functional/non-functional specifications;
- Document requirements and specifications in enough detail to deliver complete, consistent
- Communicate requirements and specifications and ensure all (business & technical) stakeholders have a common understanding of requirements and how they will be implemented and obtain sign-off.
- Review and sign-off QA test plan and test cases, and ensure it provide sufficient test coverage.
- Answer questions from QA Lead and DEV Lead about requirements.
