About the RoleAs a Transport Operations Specialist, you support and lead day to day transport needs, operating standards, transport service quality and lead time.A Day in the LifeProactive outbound control in close cooperation with Transport Coordinators, DC outbound, stores and carriersSupport and educate transport systems users, providing on-site training and supportCoordination and alignment with all related departments on operational SOPS for new services or initiatives Reporting KPI’s, deviating’s routes that need adjusting with stakeholders in DC and transport operationsEnsure that all transport related systems (Delcon, RFID, YMS etc) works as expected and used in a correct way to aspire best service to the stores, and ensure that business is not interruptedEnsure that all transport systems and related procedures are implemented and followed by all end usersMonitor H&M transport system integr. towards carrier systems Monitor, report and coordinate transport unit flows throughout the region and/or within the assigned marketsMonitor stock deliveries to be in full, at the correct frequency and in time; monitor fill grade targets are met
