For more information, click here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhsbOsBiXM) .Role reports to: US Self Care Operations LeadLocation: Skillman, NJ (Moving to Summit, NJ in 2025)Travel %: 20Pay: $144,000-$247,000What you will doThe Reliability Director, US Self Care and Essential Health will lead a team of event managers and functional experts that will drive rapid remediation of supply chain disruptions across all sites and functional areas in order to avoid and/or minimize impact to customer service. The Reliability Director will oversee projects being led by event managers and ensures rapid communication and swift decision making and resolution to issues being addressed while enforcing remediation processes across the organization. Additionally, the Reliability Director will identify process improvements and root cause mitigation to issues across the organization and will partner with the team to identify opportunities through metrics and lessons learned to improve customer service and avoid future disruptions. The Reliability Director will work with Source, Plan, and Manufacturing leads to identify supply risks and mitigation strategies.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to ensure the reliability of US Self Care and Essential Health products

Lead a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of product reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential product reliability issues

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Source, Plan and Manufacturing to ensure product reliability standards are met

Enable a continuous improvement mindset which includes appropriate initiation of projects to drive reduction of future supply chain disruptions

QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

Minimum of 10-12 years of related experience in inventory management, supply chain management or a related field

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and developing people is required

A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations is required

Demonstrated large scale project management experience is required

Strong leadership, project and people management skills and demonstrated track record of delivering results in a highly pressurized environment are required

The ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and the ability to influence peers and higher level managers without authority is required

Demonstrated experience as a change agent is required

The ability to develop and deploy functional and business strategic plans, objectives and performance metrics and create organizational alignment is required

Desired Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team

Ability to analyze inventory levels, inventory positioning and production and sale forecasts

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements

Ability to resolve difficult problems and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to maintain relationships with key customers

Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred

Whats in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000-$247,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors
