PONZIOS will pay you OVERTIME for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week.
You will never be cheated on your paycheck for the hours you worked and deserve.
You will be Paid Weekly
We DO NOT require servers to "tip out" percentages of your sales.
Servers keep 100% Credit Card Gratuities that are put on Credit card.
We DO NOT keep 2% - 3% of Credit Card tips
Your Tips will be paid out each day that you work at the end of your shift in Cash
