OPEN HOUSE- MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8AM-3pm
Positions available:
Packaging Associates $16hr–
Job duties & Responsibilities- detailed manual work, including, but not limited to inspecting printed materials, labels, and other related product to meet company specifications and standards. May fill bottles according to instructions and at times operate machinery as required.
Return Associates $16–
Responsibilities:
Sort incoming returns according to assigned proposal numbers.
Performs drug product accountability to the level requested by the client.
Physically verifies returned materials with the inventory provided by clinical sites.
Informs Returned Materials Coordinator of any discrepancies.
Packs the materials in clean boxes and prepares them for destruction.
Interacts with other departments, vendors, and clients in response to various requests.
Working Schedule for all positions:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Should be flexible for overtime 7:00am- 4:30pm and Saturdays as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent reading and writing skills
Someone who is personable and can engage well with others
Manual dexterity
May be assigned to assist with various projects in different depts
Observes overall safety procedures
Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and follows instructions well; Ability to work independently.
May need to occasionally work or walk into chill area (41 degrees Fahrenheit) or Freezer (-4 degrees Fahrenheit)
Lifting-up to 20 pounds
