The POS Administrator will serve as a vital liaison between our company and our clients. This role focuses on building and configuring customized menu setups in our POS system and guiding restaurant / various owners through the approval and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both restaurant operations and technical configurations, ensuring a seamless integration of our services with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Configuration: Work directly with restaurant / various owners to understand their menu offerings and configure these details into the POS system accurately.

Training and Support: Provide training to restaurant staff on how to use the POS system effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Approval Process Management: Guide clients through the necessary approval processes, including compliance checks and data verification, to ensure all setups meet industry standards.

Client Onboarding: Assist new restaurant / various clients in understanding the full capabilities of our POS system, ensuring they are fully prepared to use our platform from day one.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on system usage and functionality, proposing necessary adjustments and enhancements to our development team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, system configurations, and any issues encountered and resolved.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and development teams to communicate client needs and enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a POS Administrator, preferably in the hospitality industry, or a similar role involving technical support and client interaction.

Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency with POS systems, especially those used in the restaurant industry. Ability to quickly adapt to new software.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex systems in an understandable way.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.

Detail Orientation: High attention to detail with an ability to work precisely under tight deadlines.

Project Management: Basic project management skills with an ability to manage multiple client setups simultaneously.

Additional Skills:

Manage correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls and emails.

Relay messages and information accurately and efficiently.

Excellent organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software’s

CRM Management knowledge a plus
