Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to meet their requirements. You will utilize our CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
