Journeyman Plumber – MEP Rx LLC (Actlien Property Management Division)
About the Role
MEP Rx LLC, an affiliate of Actlien Property Management, is expanding its in-house property services division — starting with plumbing and later growing into electrical, HVAC, and other trades. We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team and work alongside our licensed Master Plumber on a variety of residential and light commercial projects.
As a Journeyman Plumber, you will:
Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with minimal supervision.
Lead or assist apprentices on job sites, providing hands-on guidance and training.
Ensure all work complies with New Jersey plumbing codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Master Plumber and project managers to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
Represent MEP Rx professionally with clients and tenants.
What We’re Looking For:
Active New Jersey Journeyman Plumber license in good standing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and code compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience mentoring or training apprentices is a plus.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
