Currently looking for a reliable dispatcher to assist with first shift!
Required to work from facility, NOT FROM HOME
Wage: $55-60K+ based on experience level
Hours: Monday-Friday, Weekly Hours to be Discussed

Responsibilities:- Ensure drivers are where they are supposed to be/on the right track.
-See off all other drivers that come in while you are on duty.
-Explain assignments, in detail, to each driver that is dispatched from the window. (Destination, trailer number, trailer locations, appointment times, directions, etc.)
-Review start sheet/ELD to ensure that all drivers have shown up to work.
-Monitor/answer emails. Write up pick-ups, handle customer/broker queries, driver communications.
-Answer phones. Write up pick-ups, handle customer/broker queries, driver communications.
-Handle driver issues. Delivery, pick-up, break downs, etc.
-Make adjustments to assignments where needed due to break down, lateness, delays, call-outs.
-Adjust tractor assignments, if tractor issues arise.
-Fill out break down/accident report when necessary.
-Follow instructions from night notes regarding putting trailers in shop, adding freight to loads, etc.
Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Communication & Computer skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors - Valid certification as a forklift operator is a Plus
