Job Coach Per-Diem (Special Needs) - Staten Island

We are looking for a compassionate and flexible per diem Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitie in Staten Island. This role offers a personalized schedule, ranging from 15 to 35 hours per week, based on your availability and the needs of the individuals we serve.Enjoy the freedom of a personalized work schedule while making a meaningful impact!Pay Rate: $18-$23 per hour depending on education and experienceSchedule: 15-35 hours per week with hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.Essential Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of 10-20 clients, primarily in the field (majority of time spent at job sites).Teach, assist, and support new workers in their jobs using techniques such as demonstration of tasks, modeling, counseling, observation, and discussion.Provide training and support to workers with disabilities, ensuring their success in their roles.Travel to route new workers from home to job sites.Write detailed service notes after each session to monitor client progress and outcomes.
