We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead Assess Medical Group through its next phase of growth, service excellence and strategic development. Based in either Sydney or Brisbane, as our new General Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our talented team as you drive commercial performance, strengthen customer and consultant relationships, and guide the business through its next phase of growth.Key responsibilities include:Lead the team to achieve revenue, EBITDA and performance targetsBuild a culture of high performance, service excellence and customer focusDrive business development and growth strategies across new and existing marketsStrengthen customer and consultant relationshipsOversee operational delivery, quality, compliance and risk managementLead recruitment, capability development and performance management of staffManage budgets, financial performance and resource allocation
