Location:Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a General Manager of Dining Services oversees all aspects of the mealtime preparation, service, and the overall efficiency of the kitchen, dining room, in-room, and meal service areas for our Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Long-Term Care facility.What we offer

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $79,000 annually.This is a full-time, benefits eligible role requiring weekend availability.How you will make an impact

Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities

Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff

Coordinate with the clinical dietitian, train and orients the staff on dining our process

Assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations

Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards

What you will need

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required within 6 months of hire

Current Serv-Safe certification

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management

Flexible with schedule; will be required to work weekends and holidays
