Job DescriptionPosition Overview:Position is for CPQ Techno Functional Professional with implementation and support experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex Functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of Functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.Education & Experience:Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.Minimum 6 years of implementation and support working experience.Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:Must have good understanding of the following with CPQ capabilities:We are looking for a techno-functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge.We expect candidate to have:
CPQ Techno/Functional Consultant would be responsible for configuring Oracle CPQ Cloud module Pricing, Quotation Configuration, Product Management-Items, BOMs, and System Configuration, Document Engine and Big Machines Language (BML), Utilities Libraries, Validation/Hiding/Constraint rules, Layout editor, Commerce layout, Custom CSS, Designing extensions and interfaces in Oracle CPQ Cloud module.
Experience with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc.
Strong knowledge of the CPQ Data Model.
Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support
If the candidate has knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, that would be an added advantage.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
