Property Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Assistant to join our friendly team at Summerset . In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards Summerset takes pride in – helping to keep our village safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and Head Gardener to support a wide range of maintenance and gardening tasks across the village. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of a job well done.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with general property and garden maintenanceHelping with building maintenance and refurbishmentsAssisting with landscaping, gardening, and ground care tasksTaking part in property inspections and reporting safety or maintenance issuesCommunicating clearly and respectfully with residents, team members, and contractorsThis is a Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm position. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team who work together to create a village our residents are proud to call home.
