POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support for the operations team
Printing, scanning, and copying documents and files
Scheduling appraisals
Assist in answering customer calls and emails where applicable
Greet guests and vendors in a professional manner if Office Administrator is busy
Assist management on reports and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ year related experience preferred
No mortgage experience required
Basic Excel knowledge needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization andtime management skills
