Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Tax Season Administrative Temp to join our team during the busy tax season. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks related to tax preparation, client support, and office operations. This is a temporary, seasonal position with potential for flexible hours during the peak tax filing period.Responsibilities:
Client Support: Answer phone calls and emails from clients, addressing general inquiries and directing complex questions to appropriate tax preparers.
Data Entry: Input client tax data and personal information into the company’s tax preparation software and databases.
Document Management: Organize and manage client files, ensuring all necessary documents are present for tax filing. Help prepare and file any required forms or paperwork.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with tax professionals.
