job detailsjob summary:Work Location: ONSITE - Warren, NJ. Must be able to be onsite starting on day 1 of the contract.Required:
Lead the architecture in accordance with best practices guidelines and policies
Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience andor qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of indepth experience in Data Management Data Warehouse solutions design and delivery of enterprise level architecture
5 years of strong experience in Snowflake architecture features development and best practices
Indepth understanding of Snowflake Architecture including SnowSQL Snowpipe Snowpark compute and storage
Well versed in migrating data and workloads from legacy systems to Snowflake using various tools and methods
Well versed in migration of enterprise onprem data environment to Snowflake with performance and reliability
Proficiency in SQL data structures and database design principles
Experience in distributed architectures and designing for scalability in public cloud
Experience in cloud AWSAzure GCP
Experience leading crossfunctional teams in delivery aspects associated to architecture technology
strong analytical problem solving and multitasking skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in defining strategy for overall architecture and solution
Experience in implementing quality guidelines standards and procedures
Experience in Technical delivery using Agile Methodologies
Experience in designing and implementing data security governance and compliance policies using Snowflake roles privileges encryption masking auditing etc
Experience in Python
Experience in performance tuning troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Snowflake
Preferred:
Prior experience working in big data technologies like Hadoop Spark Kafka
