Automotive Service Writer Wanted

I am looking for a Experienced Automotive service advisor/ writer. Someone who knows protocols of the Automotive industry for selling needed Automotive services to customers. Prefer a former automotive technician or someone who has extensive automotive knowledge to explain labor and part's costs to customers, maintain status updates while customers vehicles are at the shop. Delegate work orders daily, communication with technicians daily. Create work orders through shop management programs. Clearly Understanding labor and part's billing costs. Must have very strong communication skills daily. Neat in appearance, multi task, speaking clear and precise. Very Busy automotive shop with a big repeat and referral base. Customer service is number one priority. I will handsomely compensate the hiring candidate and will discuss at interview.
