Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator – Catering for Catering Company Servicing Production Companies in the Film Industry
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Catering Company provides on-set meals for film and TV productions across New Mexico. We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to handle purchasing, inventory, and deliveries for our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Shop for the best prices on produce and supplies.
Keep inventory organized and up to date.
Coordinate and stage deliveries for drivers.
Make deliveries when a driver isn’t available.
Help pack orders and support kitchen logistics.
Requirements:
Valid NM driver’s license and reliable vehicle with great driving record NO DUI (Our Insurance Checks Driving Records.)
Strong organization and communication skills.
Experience in food service or logistics preferred.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. if needed.
