We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor who is board certified in New Mexico to provide oversight for our Community Support Workers (CSWs). This part time, remote role is perfect for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentorship and helping others grow in their field.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve progress notes submitted by CSWs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Host one monthly Zoom meeting with the CSW team to:
Discuss progress, challenges, and case management approaches.
Offer guidance and support.
Help CSWs overcome obstacles and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Supervisor in New Mexico (active and in good standing).
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Comfortable hosting group video calls and reviewing documentation remotely.
