Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Janitorial Troubleshooter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. As a Troubleshooter, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to identify any cleaning issues or maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to client requests and complaints, addressing any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot problems related to cleaning equipment, supplies, and procedures, and implement effective solutions.
Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance work.
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial janitorial services and maintenance required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
