Job Description:
Technician will perform the removal of water at properties, minor repairs/carpentry, inspections, set up equipment, interact with customers, ensure work is completed to company standards, paperwork to complete files.
Qualifications:
Experience in restoration industry 3 years
Ability to lift more than 50 lbs comfortably
Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces (like crawl spaces)
Valid Driver's License - required
Ability to pass a criminal background check - required
Ability to sit/stand/walk for periods of time
Effective oral communication
Must be able to work "on-call" responding to jobs after-hours on a rotating schedule
Must have reliable transportation to work
