Landscape Maintenance Crew / Crew Leads - Albuquerque

Aspen Leaf Outdoors is a full-service, customer focused landscape contractor. We are looking to add key members to our maintenance teams in our commercial & residential maintenance departments. The successful candidate will be servicing high end residential accounts and commercial customers throughout the Albuquerque area.
Duties:
- Mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of residential and/or commercial properties with 1-3 crew members and 1 team lead.
- Plantings, trimming, and other small landscape projects
- Operate leaf blower, lawn mower, and other equipment.
Crew Qualifications:
- Experience necessary for Crew Lead.
- At least one year of experience in the landscape industry preferred for crew laborer.
- Ability to take directions and receive feedback from Team Lead and supervisor
- Candidate must be 18 years or older. No experience required. We are looking for individuals interested in gaining experience within the landscape industry and grow within our organization. On the job training is provided.
- Advancement opportunities available.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Shuttle available to and from Los Lunas, NM.
This is a 5 day per week, 8 hour per day position with occasional overtime.
