Qualified candidates will be performing general commercial and residential maintenance for local businesses and apartment communities, complete work orders for maintenance requests in a timely and professional manor: Interior/Exterior painting, plumbing, landscaping, outdoor maintenance, pool cleaning, fixture repairs/replacements, trash outs, make readies as well as any other assigned maintenance duties.
Must be professional and must pass background and drug screen.
