Jones Law Firm has an immediate need for a full-time associate attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. We are a rapidly growing, fast-paced Albuquerque law firm specializing in criminal and civil litigation. The position can be hybrid; however, due to the nature of our practice, availability for in-court appearances is a must.
Qualified candidates will have an active license with the New Mexico State Bar and solid experience in legal research, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, communicating with and preparing expert consultants/ witnesses, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Criminal experience is preferred; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
