NAI Sun Vista, a top Commercial Real Estate company, is searching for a talented individual to join our Property Management team as the Commercial Property Management Assistant. Wiling to train the right candidate.

Essential Functions

Create & maintain excel spreadsheets including data entry and analysis

Assist Property Managers with correspondence and bulk mailings

Maintain property files including tenant, insurance, and vendor information

Scheduling and maintaining current records for property safety inspections

Digitize and distribute monthly financial reports

Maintain audit spreadsheets and submit timely reports to Property Managers

Assist with property utility billing and tracking

Attend meetings, take minutes and submit reports

Audit, maintain, and update Property Management Keys

Must have a clean driving record, for daily runs to the post office and banks.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task

Proficiency in MS Excel

Able to take direction, communicate effectively and professionally

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with or without supervision

Willingness to follow dress and safety policies

Preferred Education and Experience

Able to obtain, or currently hold a New Mexico Real Estate license

Knowledge of commercial real estate contracts including leases, listings, purchase agreements and any addenda or amendments

Knowledge of FileMaker databases, mapping/demographics programs, and/or Sage Accounting software

Knowledge of commercial construction and/or commercial service management
