Franklin’s Earthmoving, Inc is currently seeking skilled and dedicated 623 and 631 Scraper Operators to join our team. All work is local – NO TRAVEL REQUIRED!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various models of CAT scrapers (preferably G & K models) with or without GPS. Must have the ability to read grade stakes and know cut and fills.
An experienced scraper operator will have a strong understanding of the commercial and residential site preparation process, be self-motivated, possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be willing to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining safety and efficiency on each project.
