Seeking 1099 subcontractors for window and exterior door installations. Our workload is increasing, and we need skilled contractors who will show up to work. This position is paid as a 1099 contractor. Work is located within a 4 hour radius of Albuquerque. Installers located outside of Albuquerque are encouraged to apply as well.
Requirements:
Be reliable, knowledgeable, and have integrity.
Be experienced and have work history installing windows, exterior doors and sliding patio doors.
Knowledge of stucco, stucco flanges, and snap trim for window installs.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have insurance and Worker's Compensation.
Responsibilities:
Install home remodeling products according to standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of the installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklists with homeowner at completion. Upload completion documents to Slack using your smartphone.
Bilingual a plus.
