Responsibility: Drive Smart Factory initiatives and support the implementation of IoT technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and digital capability.Contribute to IT modernization efforts and process-simplification projects to improve system performance and operational reliability.Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust infrastructure, storage, network, and server solutions aligned with manufacturing requirements.Provide Level 2 technical support for manufacturing systems and critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.Maintain IT compliance by adhering to regulatory standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.Oversee IT security operations, including patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.Strengthen IT Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), manage high-priority incidents, and continuously enhance end-user experience.Help manage IT budgeting and cost-optimization activities, including procurement of hardware, software, and technology services to support operational needs.
