Susurros del Corazón is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the overall commercial strategy for the resort, with direct oversight of Sales and Marketing while partnering closely with Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Communications functions.This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated commercial strategies that maximize revenue performance, strengthen brand positioning, expand market share, and drive long-term profitability across all segments.The position may be based on property in Punta de Mita, Nayarit, or remotely within Mexico, with regular travel to the resort as required.Develop and execute the resort’s annual and long-term commercial strategy aligned with financial and brand objectives.Lead and integrate Sales and Marketing efforts while collaborating closely with Revenue Management, PR, and Communications teams to ensure alignment across all commercial initiatives.Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.Build and maintain relationships with key luxury travel advisors, agency partners, wholesalers, meeting planners, and industry stakeholders.Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, partnerships, and experiential platforms.Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Auberge Collection standards and positioning.Partner closely with Revenue Management leadership to support pricing, inventory, segmentation, and distribution strategies that maximize profitability.Analyze market intelligence, pace reports, forecasting, and competitive trends to inform commercial decision-making.Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Prepare and manage annual commercial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
