Residential Coordinator

What You Get to Do: Coordinating a variety of services including, but not limited to; individual finances, community integration, program implementation, family involvement, and education/vocational programsProgram planning, assessments, and implementationCommunicating with the Nurse, Consumer Benefits Coordinator, Health Service Coordinator, and maintenance staffAssist in direct training, follow up, and coaching with program staffBuild relationships with persons served and teammates.Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.Document progress, milestones, and action steps.WHO WE ARE:At Dungarvin, our primary goal is to create a positive influence in the lives of the people we serve.
