This person will occupy the reception/front desk of an accounting firm. They will answer and route incoming calls, file and scan documents, greet clients, provide tax preparation quotes, schedule client appointments, as well as other office duties that may be required. This person will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare tax returns, bookkeeping and other accounting tasks to progress with the company.
Candidate must be reliable and trustworthy.
Two years of administrative assistant experience required. Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping preferred.
