- Maintain firewall configuration baseline
- Maintain firewall patches, hotfixes, firmware and signature updates
- Firewall threat, antivirus, traffic monitoring
- Manage and maintain IPsec VPNS’s and global protect VPN’s
- Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network security issues
- Software Code bug and vulnerability analysis and upgrade the security products on a regular or need basis
- Create and maintain operational handbook(s)/Runbooks, SOP's, SharePoint documentation libraries
- Root Cause Analysis on Network outages
- Participate in all internal and external audits, as required
- Ability to Configure, monitor and troubleshoot of network infrastructure devices ( Routers, VPN and Remote access solutions, remote access services support, access control.
- Proficient in creating Network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Carrying out successful daily Network operations
- Good hands on experiences in Cisco ASA devices
- 5+ years of experience with firewall administration or analysis
- 5+ years of experience with supporting and maintaining Palo Alto systems, including set-up, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement
- 3+ years of experience with designing and developing new systems and application solutions for the enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks
- Ability to participate in project management, planning, implementation, and installation to ensure configuration and integration conforms to baseline architecture
- Ability to prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Certification
- Must be a
- Subject Matter Expert in the development, engineering, implementation, maintenance, and support of all RSA SecurID products and capabilities.
- Strong background and expert knowledge of RSA SecurID products and capabilities
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and address technical issues with RSA SecurID products, their configurations, and their connectivity with other systems and networks.
- Ability to produce, update, and maintain, high quality documentation
