The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Latin America. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who will support the regional sales organization by generating leads, assisting in the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. The Junior Sales Manager will be a key contributor to expanding Flywire’s footprint in the education sector across Latin America, with a strong focus on Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full sales cycle by assisting in prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up with prospective clients.Execute lead generation activities to constantly feed the pipeline.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.Collaborate with senior Sales Managers to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.Gain a deep understanding of Flywire’s product offering and value proposition.Reflect Flywire’s values in all internal and external communication.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, solution consulting, partnerships, operations) to ensure seamless client engagement.Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and self-learning.
