Sr ServiceNow Technology Consultant

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or FSM modules. You’ll work directly with clients in the field, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions while applying deep industry knowledge to tailor workflows and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD).Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries such as retail, telecom, and logistics.Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.Draft and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.
