Availability Manager - The Warehouse, Rangiora

Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - 2:30pm - 12am (midnight) When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
