The Technical Recruiter will identify, qualify, submit, and pipeline qualified candidates to fulfill external client opportunities, both technical and non-technical. This position will be full-time and remote."This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization."What You’ll Do

Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process including initial screening calls, technical screenings, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance

Maintain a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients and potential new business

Partner with the sales and delivery teams to ensure understanding of each requirement and effectively pitch candidates

Manage relationships as an advisor to the business for client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long term demands

Identify candidates through various sources, including but not limited to job boards, social media, referral networks, and networking

Identifying candidates through passive outreach

Effectively negotiate compensation packages that fall within an established budget

Maintain accurate records within internal database and provide transparency in the form of status updates to management

Maintain relationship with candidates throughout the onboarding process and duration of assignment

Maintain knowledge of current market availability, market rates and trends

What You'll NeedRequired:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

1 – 3 years fast paced Recruiting experience, preferably technical, is required

Strong documentation experience including records concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, and H1B transfers

Experience working in a metrics driven and fast-paced/high volume environment

Solid Office365 experience including Word, Excel and Teams

Must have the ability to self-manage in order to be highly productive in a remote work environment

Proven ability to identify and secure passive talent

Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent interviewing skills

Strong business acumen

Must be employee and customer focused

Must have strong time management skills

Goal and team oriented

A track record of personal accountability and work ethic; consistent work history

Strong presentation skills and the ability to proactively communicate with business stakeholders regarding recruiting updates

Preferred:

Familiarity with Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM are a huge plus

Experience working with 3rd party suppliers is desired

Public sector industry experience is a nice-to-have

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
