Joseph's Culinary Pub is seeking a professional fine dining Server. Bartending skills are a plus!
Considered Applicant must have at least 5 years in fine dining with a strong passion and knowledge of fine food and wine. Our servers spend ample time with guests discussing food, ingredients, cooking methods and allergies. Applicant should posses that knowledge and feel comfortable speaking with confidence. Our wine list is comprised of Old World, Small producers, Natural Wine and Organic/Biodynamic producers. Applicant should posses fine wine knowledge in these departments.
Joseph's is a fun eclectic atmosphere full of friendly staff who love what we do. We are fast paced, high energy and we have a very lovely and loyal local clientele. Applicant should be a multi tasker who is warm, friendly and loves intereacting with people. We are dinner only open 5 nights a week Wednesday through Sunday. Holidays and weekends are a must.
