We are seeking a versatile PIZZA CHEF to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base by making killer pizza to establish the restaurant's brand and non-GMO reputation.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service skills as needed - take orders and interact with customers, etc.
Doughmaker - Make dough daily according to our recipe and standards
Pizza Maker - Assemble, cook and cut pizzas for slice case and customer whole pizza orders
Food Prep - Perform/oversee day-to-day pizza line food preparation according to our recipes, maintain freshness and quality of pizza line ingredients according to our standards
Additional Duties - prepare inventory and receive food orders for pizza line ingredients
Qualifications:
Previous (within past 6 mos.) experience in food preparation and pizza making
Excellent time management skill including meeting open and close timelines
Ability to handle high hydration artisan dough and cook pizzas in a stone base deck oven
Ability to follow a recipe book, build sheets and perform daily line inventories
Passion for precise food and pizza making techniques
Strong team building skills - able to teach others how to make beautiful pizza as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing the details
