Need an Office Manager for a small landscaping company. Imperative this candidate must have QuickBooks On-Line knowledge. Must be versed in labor laws, payroll, customer service, and bookkeeping. This is a part time position with 4 to 5 hours each day Monday through Friday. The company is behind in getting the accounting in order, so this position needs, understanding, patience, and have the knowledge to finish what has already been started.
Job Responsibilities:
Interview new hires and follow up on references.
Calculate correct mileage and run weekly payroll
Daily invoicing
Pay bills
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Reconcile Balance Sheet and P/L
Ensure automatic time tracking system is being utilized correctly by employees
Customer scheduling Daily
Return customer and vendor phone calls and resolve issues
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Must have a reliable cell phone.
This position may be able to work remotely
Run errands as needed
