Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Specialist to join our team for the holiday season. This temporary role will focus on picking, packing, and shipping jewelry orders from Shopify, ensuring each package is handled with care and accuracy. The position is part-time and seasonal, with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick jewelry orders from inventory and prepare them for shipment within 24-48 hours of receiving orders.
Pack and present jewelry thoughtfully, ensuring every order meets Peyote Bird’s standards.
Print labels and process shipments through Shopify.
Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and order tracking.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean workspace.
Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications
Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, retail, or shipping preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort working with Shopify or willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Schedule & Compensation
Seasonal, part-time role (November–January, approx.).
Flexible scheduling; weekday availability required, weekend/holiday availability a plus.
